Community Blood Council of New Jersey is proud to introduce our new CEO, James J. Gosnay!

James J. Gosnay was appointed the new Chief Executive Officer of The Community Blood Council of New Jersey on March 16th by the Board of Trustees. He joined The Community Blood Council in 1996 as an independent hospital contract administrator and became chief operating officer in 1997. Since 2001, he has served as the director of hospital services and business development, and will continue in those capacities as well.

The announcement was made by Col. (Ret.) Frank S. Caprario, President of the Board of Trustees, who remarked, “The board is very pleased to appoint Mr. Gosnay as the Community Blood Council’s new CEO. His outstanding performance in his former positions with us, coupled with his wide range of business experience, makes him the ideal leader as we move forward. We are confident that his strong management experience will enable him to guide and grow the organization toward important achievements and milestones.”

Prior to joining CBCNJ, Mr. Gosnay held sales positions with Baxter International, Inc. and Carter Wallace, Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business and marketing from St. Joseph’s University. Mr. Gosnay resides in Sewell, New Jersey with his wife and two daughters.
