Monique Dockery-Harriott

Monique is our telemarketing team leader, and what a go-getter she is! When you visit the “bullpen” area in Building 2, you’ll find Monique calling and cajoling our donors to come in and donate platelets or whole blood. Or you might find her challenging her co-workers to get improved results.

What makes Monique unique? It might be her contagious sense of humor. More likely, it’s her enthusiasm and total commitment to doing a great job. Must be working. This February, the call team has increased donations by over one-third over last February!

Above and beyond the call of duty, Monique has come in to the center on a volunteer basis to call donors. When she received her bonus at the end of 2003, she asked if she could volunteer for four hours a night for a week to say “thank you.”

Prior to joining The Community Blood Council of New Jersey, Monique worked as a substitute teacher for Harrison Career Institute as a Medical Office Specialist, where she received her training. Her hobbies include reading, watching movies and surfing the Internet.
