“Elvis is terrific!” “Elvis is the best!”

These are just some of the comments you’ll hear from Elvis Torres’s co-workers and supervisors. Elvis drives our Bloodmobile, but he does a lot more than that. You’ll find Elvis at the Blood Council long before he has to leave on a blood drive, making sure that his Bloodmobile is in pristine condition.

“He takes real pride in his work, and is very dedicated to doing the job right,” says Patrick Deschenes, the Community Blood Council of NJ’s CEO. “But on top of that, Elvis goes the extra mile, helping co-workers and lending a hand when or wherever he’s needed.”

So the next time you see Elvis (a real Elvis sighting), congratulate him on a job very well done.
