| Our New Bloodmobile Gets Rolling! |
It may have been a cold day, but that didn't put a damper on our spirits. The morning of November 29th gave a blustery welcome to our new 40-foot long, 5-bed bloodmobile, as we held the ribbon cutting ceremony at the Mountain View Country Club. We officially welcomed the newest addition to our fleet -- an eye-catching, red and white bloodmobile -- which CEO Jim Gosnay describes as a "blood center on wheels."

| Shown here, the President of our Board of Trustees, Col (Ret.) Frank S. Caprario cuts the ribbon on our new bloodmobile. Joining him (L to R) are BOT Vice President William Hogan, Treasurer Tom Henry, CEO Jim Gosnay and Ewing Twp. Mayor Jack Ball. |
The bloodmobile features five comfortable beds with individual video screens, where our donors can enjoy feature films while they donate. Two soundproof screening rooms allow for confidentiality during the donor interview process. It has comfortable waiting and snack areas, too!
Our older bloodmobile has gone to Florida, where it is being totally refurbished and will be ready for use in the New Year.
